All you have to do is have the mega smash badge on have both plus 1 attack badges and then have bombette ultra level. blow her up to start the battle doing 6 damage, then use mega smash with your additional 2 damage from the badges doing 11 damage and then one more attack from the bomb and she is dead. Hope this makes it easier for people. There is actually a much easier way to beat her every time.
