I bought The Sims 2 Nightlife Friday night and I’ve been playing it like crazy since then. I was very excited about the possibility of having vampire Sims, which was introduced in Nightlife, so I set about finding and then wooing one of the in-game vampires with one of my Sims. I was successful, and when my girl asked him to move in with her and her sister, he accepted. I then had control of him, so I had him bite her (click the thumbnail for a full-size image):
She then became a vampire herself:
Well, I couldn’t just have two vampires living with a regular human being, and it just so happens that The Sims 2 University expansion allows for zombies. My next task was to kill off the sister and have the vampire sister call up the Grim Reaper to ask for her life back. However, I stiffed the Reaper and only gave him a measly 1,000 Simoleons, so he brought the sister back as a zombie:
Upon seeing her sister as a zombie, my vampire girl went crazy:
However, the doc cured my vampire of her mental instabilities and now I have a zombie living with my two vamps:
My zombie, as you can see in the screenshots above, shambles around and she also says, “Unghh” a lot. Her personality also changed and now she’s grouchy and very sloppy, but what can you expect? She’s the walking dead!

Wow! That sounds cool. I’ve never played the Sims before as I’ve never found the games interesting (except for Sim City 4) but I will defiantly consider buying this one. Sounds like a very me game. :)
Yay! You have just got me even more excited about playing Sims again. I just had to clear out my whole computer and am just about to re-install all the sims and get playing again. This has just got me looking forward to it. I was so excited about the whole vampires thing in nightlife too.
I have the Sims 2 Nightlife stashed somewhere here and those caps got me motivated to find it.

Hey, that sounds sooo cool. i am looking for a vampire……. but i cant find one ANYWHERE at5 all!!!!! how do you make them a zombie??
Brooke: I found Count Todd (haha, what a vampy name…) just in one of the community lots at nighttime. To make my zombie, I made sure I had the Resurrect-o-Nomitron, I think is what it’s called (the Career Reward for the Paranormal career track), then killed off my Sim. I had another Sim in the family use the Resurrect-o-Nomitron to bring back my dead Sim, but I paid only a certain amount such that she’d come back but not fully alive. Try Googling for it, there’s a guide for the Simoleons to pay to get a zombie back.
ive tryed to make a vampire without using any cheats but i cant find the in-game vampire and i never see the job for the paranormal to get that thingy to call the Reaper. can you give me some tips with the vampire and zombies? please?
Dani: sure! :) I think the community spot where I found Count Todd was a park; it had a coffee kiosk and chess boards set up, and it was an all-outside lot. I think you could find vampires in any lot though, really, I just happened to find him there. I let my Sim stay there all night, and he eventually showed up. I made a beeline for him and just chatted with him. Since the chess boards were so conveniently nearby, I got him to play chess with my Sim, which locked them into talking for a bit. When my Sim got home, I had her call him the next night to chat again on the phone. I worked it up such that we were friends, then more than friends, then I got him to move in with my family. Then, since I could control him, I had him bite my girl.
As for the zombie, I totally didn’t get the Resurrect-o-Nomitron the honest way–that would take ages, and I’m impatient! I used a cheat code that unlocks all the career rewards (do a search for it online, it should be easy to find). Then, I just plopped the Resurrect-o-Nomitron on my property, killed off my Sim, checked online to find out what amount of Simoleons paid to the Grim Reaper would bring back a zombie, used the Resurrect-o-Nomitron, and paid the right amount.

I love the Sims 2. Well since my bff and i wanted a vampire real bad, we both started searching for cheats, so I got the boolprop testingcheatsenabled thing, and there’s all these WICKED options!!! One was Make Vampire. My bff and i went WILD. So now we have 2 vampires, and the woman is expecting a baby. Does the baby turn into a vampire when they’re older? Oh yeah, how do you get the phone to call the Grim Reaper??? Please… someone?

k, first its wooHOO. next, to see a vampire i like going to the hub or other night clubs. befriend them. or bring more than 1 sim and get 1 to inflluence the vamp to bit the person u want it 2. if u want to risk losing a sim you can use this cheat but i wouldnt becuaes when i tried it made me a vamp then it deleted my sim and the toddler it was holding :(. but if u want her eis cheat: do ctrl+shift+c and in the bar type:
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
thjen shift click human u want vampire and more click then make vampire or vampiess. i like doing it the second way. its just too complicated otherwise.

Hey Meg the one above me i know how to make a vampire just go to any community lot (i often find them at the corner shops)
at night and wait a little and a sim thats covering it eyes will pop up so be good friends with him\her then sooner or later he or she will bite you. Or you could marry them then you will have control of the vamp so you could click your person the click bite.

Yeah, you do need University to get a zombie. I tried just making a custom skin that looked like a zombie, but, lemme tell you, it’s not the same.
i realy like the patches for the sims 2 because i have download all the potions and i can make my sims witch,vampire,lycanthrop and tree thats really interesting and i hope bye more sims !!!!:)

why i dont know what its called a laptop to play pc games (sims) my favourate sim games are my sims family fun sims nightlife and sims glamour. i got 4 vampires and 1 zombie i just found the vampire and i did
the same as you and joind family and that stuff and then
controlled him bit my brother on it (i hate my brother) and then i swapped to my brother bit my sister and swapped and bit my mum and dad (LOL) and i turned my brother into a zombie (he deserved it for putting butter on the toilet seat in rl)
