CSS presentation

I’ve been playing Super Mario Sunshine on the GameCube and it sucks because I’m enjoying the game but if I play it for too long, I get motion sickness like I have now. I feel all nauseous and have a headache. I did figure out how to beat the paint-covered piranha plants, though, and progress to the next level.

Dr. Jaromczyk asked me today if I would be able to give a presentation to one of his graduate student’s classes over CSS design and a little object-oriented PHP. I’m tickled by the idea because it means I get to be a zealot about web standards for an hour with a captive audience. Ha!

I’m home for the weekend, visiting my family. I figure I’ll spend a lot of time on the Wii as well as studying for the upcoming numerical methods quiz on Monday. Speaking of which, I need to email my notes to Jessica, since the lazy slug skipped class today to go to the opening day of Keeneland. That was her and 3/4 of the rest of the school; my classes and the student center were practically empty today.

  1. I haven’t played Mario Sunshine in ages. I love that game, but I’m stuck on it, and can’t finish the rest of the game for the life of me!! lol.

BTW. I’m jealous of that graphics tablet. I want one for my laptop!! Does it work well? How much was it?

  2. It has worked great so far. The size I bought, 4×5 inches, retails for $99, but I got a new one off of eBay for $81 plus shipping and shipping insurance; total $96.

  3. Super Mario Sunshine, after the one on the N64, is my favourite Mario game of all time. I think. It’s definitely uber anyway. If you get stuck at all, let me know and I’ll give you some hints ;)

  4. I wish I had gone to Keeneland, but no I was stuck being sick for most of the day. Thanks for letting me borrow your notes though.
