Karl added a similar section to his website a while ago – “IT Products to avoid”. I doubt the single entry has caused a great deal of bother to the company but I know he gets a lot of hits from the page, so it’s probably put some people off buying from them. Always a bonus, heh.

Look forward to reading the “Anti-Pants Awards”.. or whatever you end up calling them. ;)

Even though it seems like certain companies don’t care (and some don’t), there are people in many corporations that genuinely are concerned with the input from current/former customers. These people may not do a lot of remedy the situation (i.e. $5 coupon), but consumer feedback is always helpful for any company who is in business for the long-term.

When I can speak about business-y things like this, does this mean that my college education is actually affecting me? Just wondering because I was starting to have my doubts. :P

I read about the idea at Snark, it seems very interesting! It would be refreshing to see recognition to good websites instead of just loling at bad ones :P

Haha you linked me and I got all excited because of it and my whole journalism class looked at me funny.

I think the company section would be not only informative but highly amusing and I think it’s a wonderful idea… :D
