I watched the Atlanta auditions of So You Think You Can Dance and I was extremely impressed with Phillip Chbeeb’s performance. The liquid-arm movement and the box he made with his head (popping-and-locking style of Madonna’s “Vogue” movement?) were really cool. I also loved the music he danced to, but I’ve had the worst time trying to figure out what song it is. I even found Chbeeb on Facebook, messaged him, and he replied that So You Think You Can Dance just gave him the music, that he didn’t know what the song was either. Crap! If anyone knows, I’d love to buy it on iTunes, so tell me please, haha.
Other than that, I’ve just been working hard and bringing home the bacon, though Lexmark paid me for only 32 hours this week instead of 40; my manager’s looking into that now. I’m not too worried about it; I’ll get my money eventually.
Todd and I went to see 28 Weeks Later tonight and I really enjoyed it. I loved how it was so sad and creepy. True, the characters seemed really inclined to make the stupidest possible choices, but it was still enjoyable. Todd didn’t like it at all because he thought it was just stupid. He didn’t understand why they didn’t just nuke the place instead of fire bombing it, since nuking would have definitely eradicated the infected, whereas fire bombing let a lot of them escape. I’ve got to look it up on IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes to see how others liked it.
You gotta love zombie movies, but then again this sequel was sort of ridiculous. The characters did indeed make really stupid decisions, but I hear they are making a third movie, featuring the infected in Paris!
Can you feel the excitement? Hahaha..
