I like adding Quorn tenders braised in General Tso's sauce to the mix... so so good. I think you can get both at Wild Oats in the Green. That's one of the scholarships I had throughout most of my college time. Unfortunately, I already broke the contract because I can't get in an internship before I graduate and I also don't plan on working in a chemistry-related field in Pennsylvania for 4 years after graduation so the dang thing turns into a loan. Ugh. Chemistry sucks anyway :D Talking about stir fry and rice is making me crave some Asian cuisine! I practically live off of plain old white rice. Ha!
