Reaper Man is one of my favourites. In fact, any with Death in. Hogfather was difficult to follow, but I saw the film/screenplay thingy of it recently and it was great.

I've had trouble getting into some of his other books (Wyrd Sisters and Guards! Guards! come to mind) in the past, but I should try them again to see if it wasn't a fluke. Reaper Man has been my favorite so far, but I think I've only read two of his books (the other one being Sourcery, which is also good since it features The Luggage, an awesome character).

Hey, I read one... like that before. Except it was called "Mort" (also by terry pratchett, of course)

But I swear, that exact same line was in it :P

I don't know how I feel about that guy. His books are hit and miss with me.
