Jess and Trin have been pestering me to update this thing, even though not a lot has happened since the last post. The most exciting bit is that my first rotation as a co-op at Lexmark has ended, and I’m now working at two different UK labs. Classes start Thursday, and I’ll have basic public speaking and physics.
Today is mine and Todd’s three-month anniversary but I think all we’re doing is getting some Subway while we wait for his tires to be changed at Wal-mart. This evening after we get some grocery shopping done, we’re going to Todd[1]‘s to watch Scrubs.
The girls and I went swimming the other day at Jessica’s uncle’s house and, naturally, it rained that day when for a week beforehand it had been hotter and drier than bejeezus. It was still enjoyable, though, because her uncle is an awesome cook and he made us burgers, fries, cole slaw, and cookies. The water wasn’t too terribly cold, either.

It seems that every time I actually feel like swimming it’s one of those freak days where it’s cold or raining. Of course, in my neck of the woods, it rains about every three days for a week straight. It’s not even worth trying to swim because it’s just gonna rain, be cold, get warm, then rain again, ;P
