I just returned from Christmas with my dad’s side of the family. It was a nice get-together, even though we were initially skeptical because we were holding it at a church community center instead of someone’s house. That turned out not to be a bad decision, though, as there were a bunch of toddlers and they were able to run around without getting into everything they oughtn’t. I took a bunch of photos and while most of them would bore outsiders, I did have Dad get a couple of shots of two of my cousins and I. You can see them here (Jami, me, Shannon) and here (Jami, Shannon, me).
I’d like to watch an episode of Sleeper Cell with Mom, since it’s a show she’s very much into and I haven’t yet seen, but there are apparently NFL games on tonight, which means the satellite will be tuned to those. Boooring. I can watch and enjoy football if there’s nothing else on, but I’d usually rather watch something else.
I got home yesterday from UK and have been checking online like a madwoman for new grade postings; no luck. They probably won’t do any this weekend, which is frustrating because I want to know for sure what I got in each class. “Frustrating” might be too mild a word: it’s nerve-wracking.
