happy Halloween, folks

Jess, Ash, and I just returned from Jessica’s aunt’s house where we watched trick-or-treaters. The original plan was to pass out candy but that wasn’t really necessary since the candy was being held by some Frankenstein-like plastic statue, so the three of us just chilled in the porch swing with an adorable little dachsund that belonged to Jessica’s cousin. While listening to the Black Eyed Peas in the car on the way back, the three of us were dancing which prompted Ashlee to suggest we go to a dance club sometime this weekend. Friday evening was what we settled on; I’m excited. Saturday, Jess and I have to work all day at the programming contest with Dr. Jaromczyk. It’ll be from 9a-8p; I’m going to be so drained. I’ll probably be judging again, and of course running around making sure things are running smoothly.
