I watched a lot of Soap this morning then wandered outside to check out the pond. Rode my bike a bit, bounced on the trampoline, took a walk down the road, and started reading on Folk of the Fringe by Orson Scott Card. I’m still waiting on Mom to order her books along with the Crystal City by Card, which is the next book in the Alvin Maker series that I love.
The power went out for about two seconds earlier and my computer shut off. I just sat here, stunned and staring blankly at my monitor. My battery back-up has apparently died. It’s a CyberPower, which is what my brother used to have until his died on us, too. Dad wants me to get an APC next time.
I’ve been watching my brother play Grand Theft Auto: Vice City on the PS2 downstairs.
If your browser lets you select alternate stylesheets (Firefox and Mozilla do), check out the alternates for this journal that I have.
I’ve not been able to find a way to change stylesheets in IE yet, Lorina. :(
Trinity, you need to try Firefox. You’ve got a T1 connection; use it! It’s one sexy mo of a browser.
In Firefox, to change stylesheets, there’s an icon in the bottom left corner, next to the status bar. The icon shows up only if the page offers alternate stylesheets.
No. ALl you do if in Mozilla is go to View > Use Style and a list of available alternative styles will show up. As far as i know, IE doesn’t work this way.
I’m not sure but, in order to see the different styles, I just refresh, right? If that’s the case, then IE doesn’t support that. :(
