I was running across an old asphalt parking lot with some friends from school. We leapt up some stairs into a game court. A basketball game was being played and we joined in. When it was over, the guys we had been playing against were dead. We piled them up with candles before setting them ablaze. I was the one to light the pile and I used a dark green wax cat figurine to light it.
Suddenly, the pile of bodies turned into my bed, in my bedroom. I set the bed on fire with the cat again, then my dad came through and I had to cover up the blaze. I heard Malachi outside my door, and went out to talk to him. We were in a long, yellow hallway in what looked like a boarding school. There was another girl out there, with long curly hair the exact shade of gold-brown as the hallways. She and Malachi were talking, but she left when I came over. Malachi and I walked along, talking; he said he liked the girl. I told him, laughing, that the only reason I had ever liked him was his religion. We ended up back at his room, and Holly (a trumpet player from band) was there, looking sad. She was sitting at a kitchen table in the dark. Holly complained that Devin was breaking up with her for someone else. I said “Oh, like Jared broke up with you for Amber? Stupid!”. I hit her on the head with the dark green cat. She turned around and glared at me, then suddenly she was Ashlee.
Ashlee started growling at me and morphed again. She was now an incredibly fat redhead with dark eyeliner and blood-red lips. She had a mouth like Jaws, full of thin, razor-sharp teeth, which she bared at me. Her stomach was bare, and her belly-button was a smaller mouth, filled with razor teeth, too. I began to scream and “woke up” in my parent’s bedroom, in their bed, with my dad shaking me.

Needed: one fake smile to face this crowd,
And assistance from deeper parts of us.
You ignored this path,
Escaped duos through the labyrinth,
And now multi has gone to one, gone to none.
They lack reverence: parts of you are misunderstood.
So the parking’s not free and one is
Not wanted within these pristine walls.
The great tree breathes in unison with us,
Yet neither knows nor cares your fate.

I was Trinity from the movie The Matrix, and it showed what my life was like before the movie took place. I was a slave onboard the ship, and my “master” was a large, spidery alien guy. He was light brown with snake scales and squid tentacles; his eyes were merely slits. I had to share a room with him; the room was like a metal, futuristic version of my grandmother’s bedroom. The squid guy was sleeping and had me on his lap, latched onto me with one of his tentacles. I was outside myself: third-person view. I tried to escape him, but he woke up and yanked me back. I screamed, and it zoomed in on my face.

I forget just why I wandered here,
Or why I really care,
But it seemed a good idea at the time
As I stepped down upon the stair.
The light that held me
Affixed, and in its eye,
Has now released my notice
And it does not offer why.
The snow, crisp and immaculate,
Is now crumpled with my weight;
I think I might be lost just now.
Perhaps it’s sour fate.
Moonlight filtering
Through many swollen trees:
The light that brought me nearer
Now pulls me to my knees.
Wondering why I’m frozen,
And huddled here on the ground,
I’m a neat and encloaked bundle
That cannot make a sound.
The cold is drawing nearer,
The hour’s growing late;
And now the woods that surround me
Might mean my death this date.
But as I wondered earlier,
And continue to wonder still,
I don’t know why I came here,
And now I doubt I ever will.

Note: This was a dream of mine. I have this warning here because some visitors have thought my life had just gone to pot, when really they were only reading one of my crazy dreams. :)
I was in my house and it was very dark. The people who were my mother’s parents in real life were my parents in this dream. However, they were evil. My parents started chasing me and trying to kill me so I ran outside. The Cheshire Cat and Mad Hatter came down from the sky and put a protective fence around me as I stood in a flower bed. My parents yelled at me to come out and then they threw hard fruits when I didn’t. There was a bush inside the fence with me and I dodged behind that several times. I was Disney’s Alice, just as the Cat and Hatter had been from the Disney movie. My hair was long, straight and blonde; it was pulled back into a bun. I had on a lacy white dress. Finally a crab-apple thrown by my father hit me, and I got mad. My mother, from the other side, yelled at me. I screamed, “Fuck you!” at her and jumped over the now-shrinking fence.
I ran toward her and she backed up. I grabbed a wooden stake from the flower bed; my father advanced toward us. We kept stumbling over rocks and flowers. I chased and cornered my parents in another corner of my front yard, stabbing them. They fell over, dead, but came back. I kept stabbing them over and over again, and finally they died for good. Their bodies shriveled up like mummies instantly, and a blue, mean-looking cat came over. It said it wouldn’t hurt me, but it made me nervous. Now, the people who are my parents in real life came out.
My dad yelled at me, telling me to drag the bodies into the greenhouse and then start packing. We were moving. My aunt and her children appeared to help us move out. I went into the dark house to use the bathroom; before I made it there, I stopped by my stairs. In a corner of the ceiling, there was a spiderweb in which a poem was sewn. I read it and went to the bathroom. When I came out, my dad had already brought the bodies into the greenhouse. He accused me of something and I yelled some obscenity, taking up for myself. My cousins stopped folding clothes and bowed their heads, looking ashamed and scared. My aunt came over and bowed down, whispering to me in an annoyed voice: “Everytime you speak, my kids have to close their ears.”
